Brian A. Sturges is a real estate investor and founder of LUXE California Homes (LUXE CA HOMES), a premier real estate brand based in Calabasas, CA. Brian purchased his first investment property in 2011 and began his professional real estate career with Berkshire Hathaway Beverly Hills in 2013. He soon expanded his portfolio and began remodeling and reselling homes throughout Los Angeles and, by 2023, expanded nationally. Brian came from an education background as a music teacher in Los Angeles and entertainment as a graduate of Berklee College of Music and The Second City. Known for his discreet celebrity services and deep connections across both the real estate and entertainment industries, Brian has built a reputation for delivering exceptional, confidential client experiences. He is a full-time private investor and licensed California real estate agent, currently operating under the brokerage of Rodeo Realty in Calabasas, CA where he lives with his wife and two children.

Timothy Hall is a Westlake Village based producer, editor, recording engineer, and multi-instrumentalist best known as the owner of 1192 Studios, where he specializes in recording, mixing, and composition. Known for his refined ear and technical versatility, Timothy Hall bridges musicianship and video production to craft polished, professional projects for clients across multiple genres. As head of content creation for LUXE CA HOMES he films, edits and releases our high-resolution videos showcasing luxury homes and handles our social media platform @LUXECAHOMES
