Brian A. Sturges is the founder of LUXE CA HOMES and has worked full-time in the real estate industry for more than 15 years as an investor, renovator, and Real Estate Advisor. Specializing in luxury home sales, probate and trust transactions, senior transitions, and investment properties, Brian combines market expertise, hands-on renovation experience, and strategic marketing to help clients maximize value and achieve their goals.
In addition to real estate, Brian has a professional background in the entertainment industry. His longstanding relationships with actors, musicians, producers, writers, and other creative professionals have made him a trusted real estate resource for members of the entertainment community throughout Southern California.
Brian is a member of the Rotary Club of Calabasas and the Calabasas Chamber of Commerce and supports Children's Hospital Los Angeles through the LUXE Gives Back initiative. He lives in Calabasas with his wife and two children and remains actively involved in the local community.

Known for his refined ear and technical versatility, Timothy Hall bridges musicianship and video production to craft polished, professional projects for clients across multiple genres. As head of content creation for LUXE CA HOMES he films, edits and releases our high-resolution videos showcasing luxury homes and handles our social media platform @LUXECAHOMES
